The Catholic Praise Concert is a one-day, Gospel music concert which will be an annual Catholic evening of Praise music offering to God for Christians. It will feature some of the best-known musical talents in the Gospel music genre. The Event, will debut on the 26th of April 2014 synchronising within the Easter triduum; it is projected to wow an audience with over 1,000 persons at this debut and subsequently evolve into an annual tour with increased momentum in terms of performances, anticipated crowd and venue. This is the first ever of it's kind Christian concert in Nigeria and we dare say in the west African region.
This first edition will run from 4pm to 7:30pm featuring, praise, worship, dance, and special highlight performances.
The Catholic Praise Concert is simply an opportunity for Christians to come together to praise GOD, interact, put aside unGodly differences, and together lift one voice in worship to God. in a simple mouthful - an offering of PRAISE to God; our lives must go from Grace to Praise of God, that Heaven may take notice of us and our beloved country.
This year’s concert is scheduled to hold at Freedom Park, Broad street Lagos Island on Saturday, 26th April 2014 starting from 4pm and ministering are: Frank Edwards, Axios Choir Group, De Supreme Gospel According to Dance- DESUGAD, Prisca, St Augustine's Choir, among others
